Are you having trouble with the SOFII site?

Email me, Carolina, SOFII’s project manager if you have any problems with the site. I will do my best to solve them. 



  

We hope that you’ll never have to visit this page and the SOFII site is, mostly, trouble free, but if you’re reading this it means that unfortunately something has gone wrong on our site and we apologise for that.

However, rest assured that we take this very seriously and we are constantly trying to improve the site so that it can be accessed by all, without problems.

Below is a list of some of the most common issues with some suggested solutions. Give this a go but if that fails please do not hesitate to contact me, Carolina - SOFII's project manager, and I’ll be sure to solve the problem as soon as I can. Or you can leave a comment on the page describing the problem and we’ll get on to it in a flash. 

 

Problems

When I click on the links in my email-update they take me to the SOFII site-map page instead of the individual article/ exhibit.

Sorry about that. Sometimes this happens because we get a lot of traffic following an update, in which case, if you give the site a few minutes to ‘compose’ itself, the links should work. Alternatively, you could try copying and pasting the link onto your email browser (check that there are no odd spaces - as sometimes hyperlinked text in emails can get somewhat skewed).

Missing images

Please try refreshing your screen a couple of times. If you have the time then try to access the same page from a different internet browser. If this fails then email us, we'll reload the images and send you a message once they’ve been uploaded again.
