SOFII's view

It’s difficult to bring humour into such a serious subject as climate change and the devastating effect it is having on the icier parts of our planet, but the David Suzuki Foundation pulled it off with this emailing. Nice to be able to help Santa for a change too!

Medium of communication:
Online.

Type of charity:
Environmental/animals.

Target audience:
Individuals.

Creator/originator:
Name of exhibitor:
Tracey Brown, associate director - planned giving, BC Cancer Foundation.

Date of first appearance:
November, 2011.
Summary/objectives:

To raise money that will support the David Suzuki Foundation’s work to help turn back climate change and decrease carbon emissions in Canada.

Background:

We were delighted that Tracey Brown, a SOFII user, was so happy to receive this emailing that she forwarded it to us. She said

‘Hi there,

I just had to share this appeal that I received today – it's brilliant!

Enjoy,

Tracey’

However, we don’t have any more information. Anybody out there who could let us know more about this clever Christmas mailing? Maybe someone from the David Suzuki Foundation?
Influence/Impact:

It made Tracey Brown want to share it with other SOFII users.
